When Does Worry Become Worth Talking About?
There isn't one threshold.
You might consider talking with a therapist if anxiety is affecting sleep, concentration, relationships, work, school or your
ability to enjoy things.
Physical experiences can matter too. Anxiety may be accompanied by muscle tension, restlessness, a racing heart, stomach
discomfort or difficulty settling down.
Avoidance can be another clue.
Are there things you genuinely want to do but don't because anxiety talks you out of them?
